Interactive screens help pick out key sights, while free audio guides are available. Those with a head for heights can also take on the challenge of the Sky Walk, a glass floor which gives the feeling of walking on air, while a Sky Deck at 110 metres offers long-distance views, all while exposed to the elements. A photo opportunity (£8) gives guests a memento of the day in the form of a 6” x 9” print, while a hot drink such as a hot chocolate supreme (£2.85), cappuccino (£2.65) or tea (£2) is served at the ground-floor Waterfront Café once feet are firmly back on the ground.

The Spinnaker Tower has reached the dizzy heights of 4.5/5 stars on TripAdvisor with a Certificate of Excellence 2014 to boot. Reviewers found the far-reaching views across the city and across to Chichester breathtaking, with the glass floor keeping kids and adults alike entertained.
