About This Deal
The Deal
Visitors can work up a sweat with ten, 20, or 30 gym passes at Ability Place's South Quay location. After filling out an initial health questionnaire, each pass gives access to fitness equipment as well as a range of classes. The passes also grant entry to the hot tub, pool, and sauna for some post-workout pampering. Those who require extra encouragement when working out, can take advantage of personal training sessions for an additional fee.
Choose from the following options for gym passes:
£16 for ten passes
£29 for 20 passes
£42 for 30 passes
The Merchant
Ability Place Health and Fitness provides gym-based personal training, which also includes nutritional and lifestyle advice. The gym itself consists of dedicated rooms for a range of exercises including yoga and circuits, a resistance and free weights area, and a spa and health suite. Ability also attempts to encourage outside participation between members, organising marathon and triathlon training from time to time.
