The Deal

An afternoon will be spent in sophistication with a traditional tea (usually £30 each) and a glass of either bubbly or gin and tonic (both £6 per glass). Nibbles include a selection of sandwiches such as salmon on brown bread, and cucumber and cream cheese on white bread. Diners will also receive a scone served with clotted cream and fruit preserve, and a selection of cakes, including fruit cake and the decadent New York cheesecake.

The Merchant

Grappolo is an Italian deli, restaurant and bar all rolled into one, bringing a taste of the Mediterranean to Holborn. The kitchen serves cooked breakfasts with steaming cups of coffee, before dishing out paninis, wraps and salads for lunch. Next, the evening à la carte menu features freshly made pasta and traditional Italian dishes like chicken milanese and homemade meatballs. The bar serves a range of complementary drinks, from cocktails to espresso.
