Non-arrival for a booked and confirmed course will consider the voucher used and redeemed. Entire voucher value to be used in a single visit. Minimum of 6 participants required; max 12 people per group. Mixed adult and child groups. Must be 7 or older. Under 18s require parental consent and must be accompanied by an adult. Must sign waiver. Max weight 16 stone for roped activities. Must be in good health. Please bring any medication if required i.e. inhaler etc. Please bring plenty of water to drink and food as required. Suitable attire must be used to participate – this includes waterproofs, clothing and footwear; no boots or wellingtons. Adverse weather (storms) may affect booking, in this instance the activity date will be rescheduled. In the event of heavy rain roped climbing will be replaced with low level climbing adventure.
