Very nice place! The room very tidy, the food at dinner and breakfast delicious. The hotel lobby is beautiful. The spa facilities are great, the Fire & Ice experience is an additional charge and needs to be booked in advance so bear this in mind. Overall great value for money.

Great overnight stay We chose this Hotel as it is close to Tamworth Snowdome. Lovely modern hotel. We stayed on a half term family deal and had 2 interconnecting rooms. The rooms were a high standard, appointed well with comfortable beds and pillows. We had dinner in the evening in Sam's which had a menu which suited the children well and we had breakfast in the Ryder restaurant. We used the Pool in the leisure centre on both days which was excellent. All staff we encountered from Reception to the Leisure Centre were friendly, efficient and professional.

Excellent Short Stay Great overnight Spa stay with a small group of friends. Deal included Sunday Lunch, use of Spa from noon and small choice of treatments. Went with the Back, Shoulder and Neck massage. Anita did a lovely soothing massage. Pool and spa facilities excellent and very clean. Love the Fire and Ice experience in particular the steam rooms. Has an excellent late afternoon three course buffet Sunday. Food and service was excellent as was the included buffet breakfast. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Can’t fault the hotel! spa on the other hand is another experience altogether I recently stayed for a spa break and unfortunately left feeling extremely disappointed. I was informed after checkout at the spa area that I could not use the spa facilities after 11am as my stay had ended , although the lady on the main reception when I told her we was going to use the spa facilities never mentioned not being able to use the spa area after check out ,This was despite having booked over £150 worth of treatments across the two days — including treatments on the day of checkout. I had already had treatments the previous day and additional treatments scheduled for later that afternoon, yet I was still not permitted to use the pool area. Charging an £80 day fee to access facilities that are already dated and underwhelming feels unreasonable, particularly when guests are spending significant amounts on treatments. It doesn’t reflect good customer care or value for money. As a pregnant guest, this situation was even more uncomfortable. With over two hours to wait before my treatment and no access to the spa facilities, I had nowhere appropriate to sit and rest. The bar area was full, which is to be expected, but there was no alternative space offered. I was effectively left without anywhere to go. Overall, the lack of flexibility and consideration especially for a pregnant guest who had spent a considerable amount was very disappointing. Sadly, this experience did not reflect the relaxing spa break it was meant to be.
