The Merchant
La Bécasse crafts fine dining cuisine admid romantic surrounds; the candle-lit restaurant makes for intimate dining with oak-paneled walls and exposed brickwork setting the tone. Ingredients are sourced from local suppliers at the farmer’s fruit and veg market, nearby breweries and distilleries, and companies including Mousetrap Cheese Shop and Andrew Francis Butchers.
