Since phones, computers and tech in general play such a large role in our everyday lives, it's important to ensure everything is in working order. Broken phone screens for phones such as the iPhone 4, Samsung Galaxy S4, iPhone 5 and iPhone 5c, plus laptops and desktops, can receive a ten-point health check, or a virus removal for those a bit under the weather. Alternatively, laptops can receive a power socket DC jack replacement or an LED screen change, for screen sizes of 15.6". Customers will also receive the benefit of 10% off any products purchased in store on the day, and 25% off any further repairs, and all stores also feature free parking for customers.

Booking: No appointment required. Present Groupon on arrival. Drop off service however, waiting may be required depending on how busy the shop is. No cancellation, refund or exchange permitted.
Restrictions: Valid Mon-Thu 10am-6pm and Sat 10am-5pm. Valid at Unit B, 270 Warick Street, Newcastle (NE2 1BB); 6 Crowhall Lane, Gateshead (NE10 9PU) and Newcastle Tyne & Wear (NE4 6JE). Valid for grade A screen replacement. Excludes water damage. A diagnostic check will be carried out before the repair is undertaken. Includes 30-day warranty. £10 surcharge per item if frame of phone, ipad or ipod is bent, cannot replace the glass once removed so may be necessary to have to pay £10 in some cases. If repair is not possible, then a credit note to the purchase value will be offered or full refund if found unsuitable. Valid for option purchased only.
