Your detailed itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Venice
Arrive at Venice airport and meet our representative office, who will tell you how to get to your group transfer*, which will take you to the pier nearest your hotel. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.
*please allow for a waiting time between your arrival and the transfer's departure, which can vary from 15 to 30 minutes. Night supplement between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. of €14 per person return.
Day 2: Venice - Discover the islands of the lagoon (multilingual guided tour)
Breakfast, meet your guide in the late morning at San Marco and depart by boat for a tour of the lagoon's 3 most famous islands. From the glass of Murano to the lace of Burano, via the legends of Torcello, you'll get an in-depth knowledge of Venice through the lagoon's geography, with your guide's exciting journey on its waters and history on board. Return to Venice in the afternoon.
Lunch and entrance to the Basilica of Torcello not included.
Day 3 - Venice - Gondola tour and rest of the day free to explore the city
Breakfast, then a free day to explore the city (making your own eating/dining arrangements). During the day you'll enjoy a romantic trip in a traditional Venitian gondola through typical canals and under bridges. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 - Departure from Venice
Take advantage of the hours you have available after breakfast to explore the narrow little streets of the City of the Doges and do your last bit of shopping. But be sure you make your way to the boarding point in time for your return transfer when time comes to leave this fascinating city.

VENICE QR CODE
In accordance with the latest regulations of the local government of Venice, visitors to the city will be required to pay an access fee between 18 April and 27 July 2025. See below for specific dates. Exemptions from payment will apply to visitors falling into one of the categories set out below. Please note that the access fee is charged between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. To qualify for exemption, kindly register and obtain the relevant exemption voucher.
Exceptions:
1. Guests staying in accommodation in the city of Venice and paying the tourist tax are exempt from the Access Fee but must still have a QR code indicating their stay.
2. Minors under the age of 14 are exempt from paying the Access Fee: to prove their age, if this is not obvious, the presentation of an identity document is accepted as sufficient proof.
Here are the key steps to obtain your QR code:
1. Visit the official website Homepage | Contributo di Accesso (https://cda.ve.it/en/) , choose "Exemption request".
2. Select "I am a guest in an accommodation in Venice" and click on "Exemption request".
3. Enter your arrival and departure dates.
4. Enter the accommodation number and select the option indicating that you are a guest of this establishment on the data entry screen.
5. Add the names of other guests under "Add guest".
6. You will receive your QR code electronically. Be sure to save a digital copy. Acquired vouchers must be kept in digital format, and if verified, must be presented to authorised personnel at key access points throughout the city.
Good to know
If you are travelling alone, you will be asked to pay a surcharge for a single room. This additional charge will be automatically included in your quote.Child rates will be applied for children from 2 to 12 years old in the case where the child shares the room with two adults. If the child is travelling with just one adult, the surcharge may be applied on an adult basis. If your child or children do not fit into the age group mentioned above, the rate will be communicated to you at the time of processing your order. If the room is equipped with a bunk bed, the bed height is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

IDENTITY
Please be sure to verify that your necessary Identification documents (passport and/or ID card dependent upon the country to which you will be travelling) have valid expiration dates, i.e. verify your ID documents have not yet expired.
