DAY 1 I CAIRO
Arrival at Cairo airport, welcome and assistance, transfer to your hotel for the night.
DAY 2 I CAIRO
After breakfast, explore the vast Saqqara Necropolis containing tombs from almost every period of Egyptian history - the stepped pyramid of Zoser is the most visible landmark of the necropolis.
In the afternoon visit of the three pyramids of Giza** and the Sphinx
Transfer to your hotel and overnight stay.
DAY 3 I CAIRO - ASWAN
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Aswan.
Arrival in Aswan, meeting with your tour guide for the beginning of your visit, visit to the High Dam and the Temple of Philae.
Enjoy lunch on board, as well as afternoon tea, dinner

JOUR 4 I ASWAN - KOM OMBO
Departure in the morning for Kom Ombo.
Visit to the temple of Kom Ombo, the only double temple in Egypt shared by the crocodile-headed god Sobek and the falcon-headed god Horus.
Sail to Edfu.
Overnight stay in Edfu.
DAY 5: LUXOR
In the morning, visit the Temple of Edfu, the best preserved temple in Egypt, dedicated to the falcon god Horus.
Sail to Luxor via Esna.
In the afternoon, visit the fabulous Luxor Temple and the enormous Karnak Temple complex.
Among its splendours is the Hypostyle Hall, the largest of all the temples in the world, which covers an area of 5356 square metres and whose roof blocks are supported by 134 colossal columns 70 feet high.

DAY 6 I LUXOR - CAIRO
Disembark after breakfast, depart with your guide to cross the west bank of Luxor, home to the glorious and fascinating Necropolis of Thebes.
This necropolis cannot be covered in one day, but as a first-time visitor, you'll still get to discover: the Valley of the Kings which contains the tombs of the kings. The Deir El Bahari of Hatshepsut, the woman who ruled the country for over 15 years, where you will see the story of her impressive birth as daughter of the sun god Ra inscribed on the walls of the temple and the Colossi of Memnon.
After the visit, transfer to Luxor airport to catch your flight back to Cairo.
Arrival in Cairo, transfer to hotel, and settle in for your overnight stay.
JOUR 7 I ALEXANDRIA
After breakfast, around 7 a.m., travel to Alexandria by the desert road and spend the day taking in the salt air of the Mediterranean Sea.
Arriving in Alexandria, start your visit with the catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa. These tombs were dug into the rock at the time of the Antonine emperors (2nd century AD) for a single wealthy family still practising the ancient religion. These tombs are the last major construction in existence to have been built in worship of the ancient Egyptian gods.
Then visit to the Citadel of Qaitbay.
Optional lunch in a nice restaurant with sea view (at an additional cost)
After lunch, visit the Bombay Pillar, which was built in 297 AD for the Roman Emperor Diocletian. The pillar itself has a 9 metre/29 foot circumference, and it is said that 22 people could enjoy lunch on the capital, or the flat top of the pillar.
Return to Cairo, transfer to your hotel in Cairo
DAY 8 I CAIRO
In the morning, visit the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, which houses over 250,000 artefacts dating back 5,000 years. The collection of treasures of Tutankhamun is among the most important exhibitions.

Visit the Mosque of Mohamed Ali built in 1183 AD. The alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali is one of the landmarks of Cairo, the minaret of which is visible from anywhere in the city, as well as a beautiful walk in old Cairo to see the hanging church.
DAYJOUR 9 I CAIRO
Transfer to Cairo airport according to your return flight schedule.
