About Chill Factore

Chill Factore is a real snow indoor ski centre located in the Trafford Park area of Manchester, United Kingdom. Having opened in 2007, it offers snow-based activities for individuals and groups, including skiing, snowboarding and sledging lessons from beginner to experienced level, as well as extensive food, drink and shopping facilities. It also boasts the longest snow slope in the North West.

The Challenge

The Chill Factore wanted to increase its volume of customers during off-peak times, as well as attract a wider target audience to their skiing and snowboarding lessons.

By speaking to their Groupon Business Consultant, Chill Factore quickly realised how Groupon could be a great help in increasing footfall to the snow centre.

Following a detailed assessment, Chill Factore decided to run a number of promotions attracting different target audiences.
