Lorena Oberg Skincare Clinics have pioneered DermaEraze, a unique treatment for scars and stretch marks. The clinics inCentral London offer professional semi-permanent makeup and medical micro-pigmentation (medical tattooing), as well as laser skin treatments in high-tech beauty and skincare environments. The Challenge
Lorena’s key business objective was to make sure that her treatments were affordable to the average person and to widen her target market at the same time.
Having experienced disappointing sales results using a competitor, Lorena decided to see what Groupon could offer her instead.
The Result
Lorena launched her first tattoo removal deal offering up to 79% off, which sold 45 treatments. Following this success, she then launched a campaign for 70% off stretch mark and scar treatment. In just six months, Lorena has run 12 deals, with over 800 vouchers sold in total. Since working with Groupon, her customer numbers have doubled and on average she upsells about 70% of Groupon customers.
