About The Arch Climbing Wall

The Arch Climbing Wall comprise of three state of the art climbing centres. Creative angles combine with traverse walls and dedicated training areas to accommodate and challenge climbers of all abilities. With two centres in South London, the third is located in the North at Burnt Oak and boasts a deceptively huge amount of climbing, underneath an 11,000 sq ft glass-fronted ceiling.

The Challenge

The Arch needed to expand their customer base upon opening their newest branch. From a business perspective this was unchartered territory – a brand new part of London they had no experience with and no way of getting in contact with new potential customers. Having tried other traditional forms of advertising such as billboards, The Arch quickly discovered it was impossible to track results and gauge how successful the campaigns were.

The Result

Through Groupon, The Arch offered an introductory climbing session that sold over 6,000 vouchers and greatly expanded their regular customer base. They were able to track day to day sales of the promotion and gain valuable customer feedback, enabling the team to tailor sessions better for brand new climbers.
