What can I expect during my first visit to a spa?

During your first visit, you will typically be greeted by the receptionist who will guide you through the process. You'll probably be asked to fill out a brief health history form. Your therapist will discuss any specific areas you would like to focus on or any concerns you may have. You'll then be left in private to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the massage table under a sheet or blanket.

What should I wear to a spa?

You can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Once in the spa, you will be provided with a robe and slippers. Most treatments are enjoyed without clothing, however, please wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Can I eat or drink before my spa treatment?
