A lovely garden,and the staff were very friendly and helpful and very welcoming. Check the best time to visit depending on what is showing at different times of the year.

Beautiful setting and great day out with the kids, they loved it! Lots of games for kids to play and managed to keep them entertained for most of the day. Cream tea was delicious!! Well worth the visit.

My friend and i had a really lovely day. The staff are all so kind and helpful and happy to spend time talking to us. The gardens are beautiful and rekaxing. We will definately return and maybe try sone of the events on offer. Highly recommend. Cream tea was super too.

We went on Sunday, 4 adults and a dog, we all enjoyed our visit however as I use a mobility scooter I was very much restricted to the hard standing paths. This meant that I had to forego much of the gardens whilst my companions felt they needed to rush round so I wasn't left on my own for too long. The cream tea was very nice, one large scone, pot of cream and pot of jam plus a drink. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a nice way to spend a couple of hours.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The cream tea was absolutely delicious (The scone was even served warm). The gift shop had homemade produce and plants to buy at reasonable prices. The only slightly disappointing observation were some of the flower beds needed attention. Overall a lovely afternoon spent.
