This Victorian hotel has so much to offer. There is a leisure club with swimming pool ,one of which is good for small children, a jacuzzi, sauna room, gym, sunbeds around the pool and a cafe with a verandah overlooking the sea. The buffet breakfast is only £10 per adult and £7.50 for children over 3 and the buffet dinner is £15 per adult and £7.50 for a child over 3 and both are excellent quality. There is a garden with sunbeds and a large garden chess set. The evening entertainment in the lounge was super. The staff on reception listen carefully to your needs and are friendly and professional ( especially Timur and Marlen) A real pleasure. We had our cars parked by hotel staff for £25 per night which made check in and out easy. You drive your car to the front covered veranda and your luggage is taken to your room and your car parked in their secure parking then when you check out your car is bought to the front for you to load. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is easy walking distance to the Pier and the beach even with small children. Definitely the best groupon hotel we have stayed in the UK. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Amazing

Room furniture very dated and decor a little tired but we had a sea view so who cares? Members of staff were pleasant and helpful. Buffet food was traditional with some choice and was included in the price option we chose. We had free access to the swimming pool, and I used it in the evening when there was an adult only session. I didn’t use the gym or anything else. Overall this was good value for money, especially considering the location. Ideal for the beach and also the Bournemouth town centre.
