Hotel staff were excellent. Facilities good. Food good, what more can you ask for

Very impressed when walking in to the reception/lounge area with a friendly welcome, lovely room very spacious and great value with meals included. Would not hesitate to stay again.

A good and cosy place to be at.

We were not advised that we had free WiFi with our groupon deal, I had to go back to the reception when I had checked my coupon. Also our toilet looked a bit grim, black gunge under the rim and black line running down in the actual toilet. This apart the bed was clean and comfortable also towels lovely. The breakfast was excellent.

Staying in this place was literally a nightmare. We would never come back again. Everything was horrible starting with the room, food and ending on service received

Absolutely rundown, I won’t waste my money again

The hotel is currently being used to rehouse people. Terrible experience. Poor facilities and service. Bed soooo uncomfortable. Will never go again and can not recommend.
