Another excellent meal at Ratatouille. My husband and I had a Groupon Voucher which offered a good choice for each course. The waitress/manager was very welcoming and friendly. We always admire the decor of this restaurant but it was particularly attractive when decorated for Christmas. I have already recommended Ratatouille to family and friends

Bought for my wife and she loved it, treating her friends. The serving staff were lovely, as was the food presentation. A really nice experience for all in a very stylish setting. Highly recommended.

This groupon voucher was good value and we found it easy to make a booking, even so close to Xmas. The cafe is bright and clean, food choice reasonable and all freshly prepared, with wonderful friendly, warm service. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because the chairs are hard wood and I have back problems so got uncomfortable after a while.

Four of us visited this restaurant which entailed quite a drIve from the NW of Manchester - it was worth the effort. The decor is eye catching - both inside and out. Unfortunately we had chosen a very quiet time to visit so there wasn't much atmosphere. Three really enjoyed their choice from the menu, although the fourth said the chicken strogonoff was a bit bland - despite that he completley cleared his plate. Service was friendly and efficient. We have already decided to return but not for about 8 weeks due to one of the party expecting to have hip surgery next week.

The food was all fresh and prepared for us at the time and tasted good. The restaurant was beautifully decorated. However we were not allowed to have any say over the tea flavour or the choice of sandwiches, even after I asked as I have dietary restrictions. They took those into account, but usually restaurants will allow you to chose the substitutions. There were also no scones and a croissant instead which was disappointing.

We had the 3 course meal on Friday night. Place was quiet, food was nice & service was quick. No issues we this, however they are a bit disorganised. Chef was running off her feet helping out with issues inside the seating areas, new starter was trying her hardest, & another person working but had brought her 2 month old child in to work, so couldn't do much herself to assist. but overall ok.

The lady was so lovely as the booking got cancelled as the chef was poorly and she did everything she could to let us know and book us back in. The place looks lovely how it is set out inside and the lady serving was very nice. Unfortunately the food was a little strange for the setting, it didn’t really go with the decor. My husband called it take away type food at restaurant prices as he had a look at the main menu, i can’t see it doing that well as there is a lot of Competition in Cheadle. we were the only people in there at the time, We both had the prawn stew to start which was nice, my husband had the chicken stroganoff and I had a pizza. The stroganoff was meant to be with fries and rice but it didn’t have any fries. The chicken was strange like tiny bits of package sliced chicken not pieces. My pizza was one of those bases you buy and put your own toppings on at home which I didn’t really enjoy as it was very hard and chewy. We ordered extra sides of hummus and salad and they were really nice, all the food was nicely presented. The desserts were the ones out of a little pots you get in the supermarket. I just think it was a shame the food didn’t really match the setting as you would expect a lot better quality for the price. I understand it’s a voucher so choice may be limited and the main menu may be better quality but I can only go off what we had. Based on what we had we wouldn’t return.

On a positive note, the staff were warm and friendly. Sadly, the food was bland and looked and tasted like processed supermarket ready meals. The main course I had had sliced processed chicken and resembled a supermarket stroganoff. The tiramisu deserts we had were in small plastic containers again resembling what a supermarket would sell. Finally, I absolutely refute the notion that the two 3-couse meals we has, had an original price of £62 as stated on the Groupon offer!
