Super afternoon tea at Glendon hall 👍

Lovely delicious breakfast and perfect cappuccino. Staff were very attentive and could not do enough for you.

We had our lovely afternoon tea at Grendon Hall (as Kings Head and Old Barn Tearooms closed). It was a lovely experience, we sat by the fire in a beautiful room. Sandwiches were made well with very fresh bread, cakes all very tasty as well as the scones. They were happy to cater for our granddaughter and made her most welcome (some places can be a little unwelcoming when you bring young children) Andrea and her team were great. Such a wonderful experience that we are returning for breakfast tomorrow and really looking forward to it.

Redirected to Grendon Hall today where we had a superb breakfast complete with farmhouse style toast and marmalade. Not forgetting the lattes included in the price. Friendly staff and excellent views of the surrounding countryside made it a day to remember. Returning next week.

Sandwiches and cakes were fresh and very tasty. Drinks replenished when requested, more jam given for scones when asked too. Staff were happy and attentive. Although a lovely sunny day it was dark and a little cool in the tearoom, but that didn’t affect our experience catching up with family.

Lovely atmosphere, comfy chairs and cosy features and very good service. The cakes and sandwiches were delicious and plentiful, tea was refilled as much as you want. A lovely way to spend an afternoon with friends.
