First time visiting the spa, really nice staff and the ladies changing rooms were nice and clean. The receptionist was very sweet and patient and wished me happy birthday from seeings my date of birth from my booking which was really nice. She was also patient with opening the door for access to and from the pool area. The massage therapist was also really nice and made me very comfortable. The massage was amazing. Both the receptionist and the massage therapist were the reason I would recommend and attend the spa again. The reason why I would give the spa 4 stars instead of 5 is because the jazucci was luke warm which was disappointing as this was one of the main reasons for booking the spa. It was also abit annoying that you had to bother the reception to keep getting up to access the pool area if you needed to leave to go to the bathroom. But overall 4 stars.
