Two Fat Ladies took over The Buttery in 2007, to create an upscale old-school atmosphere. The interior celebrates formal Scottish luxury with oak and mahogany, stained glass and tartan carpet, and the dishes aim to combine nuanced gastronomy with carefully chosen flavours within each dish.
