Despite booking a specific time, on a specific day, upon arrival the entire premises were shut, tried calling them, but you can`t speak to anyone. A couple of days later they emailed me saying they were closed for the day! Complete waste of time.

Without going there and availing the service it is showing Voucher redeemed. Contacted via email to info@aqua-splash.co.uk twice but no response.
