What a great place and lovely friendly staff, really helpful. Took my grandnephew and nieces with my sister, niece and nephew for a treat. The kids had a blast for an hour on the inflatables whilst the adults were in the cafe upstairs where we could watch them safely bouncing and making friends. The staff were wonderful, there was someone downstairs at each inflatable watching them…I applaud their health and safety. We bought snacks and drinks at the cafe. The prices were reasonable especially as adults didn’t have to pay on entry as you do in other such establishments which I think is unreasonable for just sitting and watching. Much better to spend the money on food and drinks. Toilets were not far from the cafe. They were clean and very modern. Lots of cubicles in the ladies. My nephew said the male toilets were also nice and clean. We will definitely go back, even without the Groupon vouchers.

Our three grandkids aged 5,11 and 12 had a great time, very clean, friendly helpful staff, now want to experience the adult evenings for us :) at the Hemel branch A++++

Kids love it here, great prices! The bar upstairs is lovely, so much to do! We go often and highly recommend

There are enough activities for the kids and the waitiing times are reasonable. Groupon vouchers made it affortable.
