I loved. Very beautful place

It was really disappointing. We had travelled 6 hours only to be told when we arrived there the rink was closed due to bad weather. We completely understood these circumstances but no prior warning on the day was really really poor. We then explained to the check in desk this and they said we would receive a refund on groupon, only to find out when we got home we could not, so we had been lied too. I then emailed Skylight and never heard a response. A really disappointing visit there and truly bad customer service. I would rate this 0 star if I could.
