Aroma is a family-friendly establishment characterised by an easy-to-navigate food bar featuring all manner of appetisers, main courses and sweets. It serves regional fare from across China, including old favourites such as vegetable spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken, and beef in black bean sauce. There are also Japanese favourites like tempura and sushi, Indian-style curries, and Thai classics like chicken satay. It even has a tepanyaki station where raw ingredients can be selected by customers and cooked in front of them.
