LexLdn was set up in 2015 by Alex Ojo, a 100m sprint athlete, who was recognised by athletic scouts for his talent and drive at a young age. His company provides mobile, personal training service to clients based in Central, West and South West London. Participants can benefit from workout plans and training methods suited to their requirements, and be given detailed nutritional and dietary advice that can help maximise their progress.
