About Smith & Wollensky
Boasting a boutique collection of locations around the US and beyond, Smith & Wollensky was created in 1977 with the first restaurant opening in New York the same year. They specialise in steaks that are are USDA Prime, dry-aged and butchered on-site to ensure the best quality possible. Served alongside these are British and Irish cuts and seafood, as well as locally sourced vegetables and a fine selection of wines, spirits and cocktails.
