What an excellently fabulous surprise of an experience. We knew it would be lovely but we were blown away. Ordered the picnic for 4 for hubby, myself and two children who are 8 and 11. We all loved the food, felt so special eating in the beautiful park and everything was packed and made with such care. We felt so spoilt. Was such a treat.

It was a good experience and we both had a good time and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. A fun way to have a picnic without the hassle.-

We enjoyed a delicious hamper experience yesterday with beautifully prepared finger sandwiches, meat & cheese platter, cakes and other delights. The attention to detail was most impressive. After a leisurely lunch in Regents Park we returned the wicker basket and picnic rug and were warmly greeted by reception staff who remembered my name. Very professional and impressive. Thank you.

Very lucky with weather. The cotents of picnic basket is very exquisite and theres plenty to fill two people (we couldnt finish). Booked at certain time but still had to wait 25 min as basket wasnt ready, this could improved. Would recommend to do it if you are in London on sunny day.

Very disappointed after the good reviews. Picked up.our hamper and torn paper bags of drinks after a 20min wait at reception. Arrived at our picnic spot in Regents Park and opened up the hamper to find the olives had leaked oil over everything along with a leaky box of sloppy chutney ( where was the jar?), the sandwiches and cakes seemed like yesterday's left over afternoon tea - sandwiches were dry with no identifiable filling, beetroot wraps needed a fork as they were so sloppy. Cakes had all melted into each other (it wasn't a hot day) and the flask of pink stuff was particularly grim - poured it away. It could all have been so much better for very little effort - the packaging was cardboard boxes with very little in each. Olives and chutney should have been in something more leak proof. The flask and the mason jars to drink from were a waste of carrying effort - would have preferred bottles of water! And fresh fruit and crudités rather than cakes maybe. The concept is great and loved the wow factor just a shame the quality was so poor.
