Lovely food and staff courteous and friendly. Loved the Midlands Jubilee tea!

A fabulous experience where you are treated royally, lovely surroundings and a delicious afternoon tea. All kicked off with a glass of champagne, my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it xx

Wonderful and kuxurious

The staff were friendly, polite and extremely pleasant nothing was too much trouble. The room and the ambience set the scene for a perfect afternoon with either friends, lovers or family. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone, If I had any criticism it might be that perhaps more sandwiches and less cake (I noticed a lot of cakes left at tables) which is a shame as they would pack them for you to take home if you asked.

It was nice but not as nice as the last few times we’ve been only 2 plain scones and smaller sandwiches and other cakes, we normally take some home but we ate everything! Also chips in the crockery.

Room was lovely and staff accommodated a last minute extra. A little disappointed we were only offered tea whilst other tables were offered coffees and a jug of water. We were served one pot of tea and given our food and nobody came back to check on us. We Paid and left. Felt I could have gone to a nice cafe and had similar. I have stayed at the hotel before but wouldn’t rush back for the afternoon tea.

A lovely array of sandwiches/scones/cakes with unlimited tea/coffee and a nice glass of champagne, fit for a king.
