About Green Dragon Rare Breeds Farm & Eco Centre

Passionate about ecology and nature, Ray Marzec decided to open a centre combining conservation of endangered farm animals, art and sustainable living. After years of hard work he and his team boast paddocks, manure storage, animal barns, a wildlife pond, an animal gathering shed, and more. The facilities are inhabited by species such as Dexter cattle, Balwen and Portland sheep and Appleyard and Aylesbury ducks. Humans, on the other hand, can take to a range of activities, including handling of the animals, a soft play area for kids and pedal kart area. The main eco centre houses a cafe, a small shop and space for events supporting the centre.
