My husband and son loved it.

Spa day for two. Great facilities, well maintained. A minor issue with afternoon tea was resolved quickly and very satisfactorily. Spa facilities are very good and we both had one of the best massage treatments we have ever had. Wholly recommended.

What a lovely spa day the facilitates are lovely the massage was fantastic staff lovely polite attentive couldn’t do enough for you nothing was a bother, unfortunately the afternoon tea let it down bread was stale the wrap was wilted very poor afternoon tea considering what a plush lush lovely hotel and £9.75 for a glass of rose wine! You don’t mind paying high prices if you have wonderful food alongside this too enjoy. Would definitely do a spa day again but definitely not for afternoon tea unfortunately would not recommend save your money.

Service and staff lovely Could do with more loungers in the poolside area.

This was our second visit to the Crowne Plaza for this deal, and although we had a lovely time on the whole, it did not live up to our first experience. Spa was very busy which cannot be helped, but there is a definite lack of beds round the pool to lie on for the amount of people. Treatments were wonderful. Afternoon tea menu lacking. Surprised how much its changed from our last visit. Had to choose between tea or coffee, where as last time we got both, no one came back to ask if we wanted a refill. Most cocktails unavailable due to no stock on the bar, and we waited a long time for the food to be served. I would come back as the price and the treatments are great! but hope the afternoon tea redeems itself

Lovely treatments and pool good but the changing rooms are too small. Nobody could move.
