About The Rising Tide Tattoo collective

Founded in 2015, The Rising Tide Tattoo Collective presents customers with a range of tattoo themes. Tom, the salon's founder, designs and creates different kinds of comic, movie poster and anime-related body art, whereas Filipe, his co-worker, specialises in horror and animal portrait tattoos.
