About Rhymney Brewery

Part of Gilchrist Thomas Industrial Estate in Blaenavon, Rhymney Brewery is a local historical feature with its roots reaching back to 1839. Once being the largest brewery in South Wales, the business grew and improved through the 19th and 20th centuries, supplying its ales to most of the area's public houses. It functions still, producing brews from local and own crops and organising guided tours, bringing the history to the patrons of today.
