This was my first taste of ever being pampered and it didn't disappoint. My appointment started late afternoon/early evening and after returning home and making dinner, I was relaxing (again) by mid evening. It was only then that I realised my body felt as light as a feather and like I was very softly levitating, by a few inches ! An amazing feeling and I can't wait for next week, when I return to Holistic Matters.
