Very warm welcome on reception and relatively painless procedure from the very informative Doctor. I waited a few weeks before writing the review so I could give an accurate update on the 3 tags I had removed and can honestly say there is no signs or scars from their removal. Very Happy with the Outcome and would certainly use again if ever required.

1st appointment cancelled due to their staff member ill.Arrived rearranged appointment only to be told I was not listed ! Eventually found booking.Reveptionist took photo of eye lid tag and said not covered with Groupon voucher.Informed her that I had specifically informed them of position of tag.Then told ok. to go to surgery,where again informed that not covered with Groupon voucher..again informed person that I specifically stated the reason for my visit ! Procedure done efficiently and with care.

Unfortunately this wasn't what I expected at all. I did alot of research before my appointment and was really looking forward to my colonic but I left disapointed. I had no pre-treatment information before my appointment and no after care advice was given either. Booking my appointment was difficult but I did eventually manage to do so via whattsapp. On arrival i was suprised to arrive at the building to find the door locked, I rang the bell and was let in but the door was then locked again behind me. I was given a form to fill in but the questions werent clear and the print quality was poor so this wasnt easy. I also found the receptionist very unfriendly and wasnt made to feel welcome at all. Once sent to the room the man doing my treatment was much more friendly but I was suprised that after the consultation my actual treatment only lasted just over 15 minutes, I read online that its normally upto an hour? The treatment also didnt work for me, I had watched videos and read alot of info but literally nothing came out of me. The "doctor" kept saying that the colour of the water showed that toxins were coming out but it looked exactly the same to me. After the treatment I was directed to the toilet and then I left. I arrived at 5.15pm and was back at my car by 6pm. I feel like I completely wasted my money on this a d wouldn't recommend.

I found this clinic through Groupon and tried two HIFU sessions with them. The waiting time? Always over 45 minutes—even if you book in advance. First, they’ll move your appointment, and when you finally get there, you still end up waiting an eternity. For my third appointment, they tried to reschedule again. I asked for my deposit back, they requested my bank details for the refund—and I never received the money. Completely unprofessional. I gave them multiple chances, but it was just a waste of time.
