Fabulous trip on the Shropshire Star, lovely cream tea. Great afternoon spent dodging the fishermen!

We've been back to Norbury Warf a few times now and have always been very happy customers. There's a delightful tearoom, well stocked giftshop and chandlery. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The boat cruises (fish and chips or afternoon tea) offer fantastic experience for great value. We've introduced my mother in law (afternoon tea cruise) who is looking forward to returning again soon. We've also introduced a few friends too. We've all enjoyed it so much, we've now booked a couple hire boats so a larger group of us can enjoy even more time exploring on the canal.

I would very highly recommend Norbury Warf to anyone who enjoys the inland waterways. 😃 My husband took me for the fish n chip dinner boat cruise for our anniversary. We enjoyed it so much we've done it again since. And with the husbands mum and her partner, we've enjoyed the cream tea cruise too. Now we've hired two day boats to share with friends.😃 Staff are all very friendly and helpful and offer a fantastic service.

Always enjoy a cruise from Norbury. Have done the afternoon tea cruise as well as the fish and chip cruise too…went a different way for each which was nice. Only thing I would suggest, if I may; I would prefer the option of plain scones and the option to add your own jam / cream as you wish as I dont like fruit or jam. A lovely time had though. Fish and chip cruise- there wasn’t many chips in my portion but what there was were really nice. Enjoyed both trips and booked for another. Staff always pleasant and polite.
