Lovely from start to finish. Good selection of sandwiches, scones & cakes. Beautiful building. Lady behind the bar deserves a raise .. what a star she is! Bought another voucher as can’t fault it.

Lovely old inn, staff very friendly, afternoon tea was delicious. We would definitely recommend.

Truly great afternoon tea, the photograph on Groupon replicated exactly the food provided. The meal was great with plenty of additional beverages supplied; the service was attentive without being intrusive, which is often difficult to achieve, with a very pleasant server; there was no pushing for us to leave the table.
On a day of extremely bad wet weather with flooding almost outside the entrance to the Inn everything went off without a hitch and in very pleasant surroundings.
Even a 'doggy bag' was provided so that we could take home our uneaten cakes.
Would not hesitate to make a return visit.

The lady behind the bar was lovely, we were the only one’s having afternoon tea. The afternoon tea it’s was ok, I’ve had better. We only got 3 finger sandwiches and nothing else savoury, all other places I’ve been you usually get a sausage roll, a slice of quiche and a cheese scone. I won’t be in a rush to go again
