The merchant didn't accept me on my appointment. It was very difficult to communicate with the seller for booking and rearrangements, and she didn't notify me for any cancellations or misscommunications that may have occurred with Groupon; I had to speak to them through Groupon. Very disappointing standing on the door and refusing to accept my voucher.
