Very enjoyable stay. Room was warm and comfortable. Great food and very friendly and helpful staff.

We have been to the Burn Hall a few times it’s well located for the park and ride into York.We booked a 2 night stay with cream tea which was delicious,we had a comfortable room,breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.It was very good value for money.

The room was warm and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble all very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the evening meals were amazing.

I thought it was a really good deal. Great value for money. The hotel was lovely and clean, the rooms were fine and always warm. The breakfast and cream tea were good. The visit to the Birds of Prey centre was really good. Very informative and hands on. We loved it.

This was such an incredible experience! It was well worth getting the voucher! Breakfast was standard but decent. Not great if you're veggie or vegan but it was okay. The birds of prey ticket was incredible! I didn't expect it to be good when we walked through but then we walked round and it was much bigger than expected! The show was incredible and we got to interact with so many of the birds!! I highly recommend this! Although the hotel was just a standard room, I was clean and tidy. The birds of prey sanctuary and afternoon tea were an incredible extra! It was a fantastic weekend and I will be recommending this to friends!

Brilliant Hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food lovely but if you are a bit fussy like me its a bit limited, but I still managed. Great base to explore the many attractions close by, York and Castle Howard to name but 2. Great value for money. Went to the bird of prey centre which is on site and I thoroughly recommend this well worth , the staff were so informative and the birds were just awesome( not every day you get a chance to have a Golden Eagle perched on your arm) loads of audience participation, came away well please and well informed. All in all a great 2 days .

Friendly staff and the food on our evening meal was excellent, Breakfast was standard but good quality and the iced cocktails where lovely. Just what we needed enjoyed our time at the bird Center too .
