We had a lovely stay at Burn Hall , the room was clean and spacious and the staff were very warm and friendly. We found the breakfast good with the only negative being the coffee not being hot enough for me but that is personal taste. We dined on both evenings in the hotel having 4 different meals between us and all four choices were fantastic. The property was a little more isolated than we were expecting and so getting into York without using the car to get to a park and ride would have been expensive. We also enjoyed our visit to the bird of prey centre. All in all we would recommend this experience and will probably return again in the future

Excellent value for money voucher with groupon. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Nice room and comfy bed. The cream tea was lovely and the birds of prey centre exceptional. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely, clean hotel. Staff very friendly and food was terrific. Highly recommend. Not very happy with the way Birds of Prey are treated though by hotel owners.

We have been to the Burn Hall a few times it’s well located for the park and ride into York.We booked a 2 night stay with cream tea which was delicious,we had a comfortable room,breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly.It was very good value for money.

The room was warm and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble all very pleasant. The breakfast was very good and the evening meals were amazing.

I thought it was a really good deal. Great value for money. The hotel was lovely and clean, the rooms were fine and always warm. The breakfast and cream tea were good. The visit to the Birds of Prey centre was really good. Very informative and hands on. We loved it.
