- Paint a rainbow of colour with its large blooms in bright colours making bold splashes in pots, window boxes and borders
- Flowers are long-lasting, fragrant and produced in abundance upon strong stems which are held above neat rosettes of foliage
- With good winter hardiness and superior disease resistance, expect repeat performances year after year
- Flower from February to May
- For best performance position in full sun or semi-shade
- Supplied as plug plants, pot on arrival and grow until established
- At maturity expect a height of up to 30cm (12in) and a spread of 23cm (9.1in)
- Culinary note: some parts of these flowers are edible
- Try the sweet-tasting petals on top of salads or even pancakes, crystallise them for use as cake decorations too
