Established in 2015, Adventure Pirate are a small family run business that love giving children, families and adults awesome adventures at our wonderful woodland site in Poole, Dorset.
Whether you are looking for a quirky, action packed birthday party, a unique fun filled adventurous school trip or family camp, or want to hone your skills with weapons in the woods, Adventure Pirate will cater for all your needs!
Our Site
Adventure Pirate Hollow is situated in Lytchett Minster, Poole, directly opposite the entrance into Lytchett Minster School. Onsite we have a Campsite, a Nerf Battle Arena, three different target sport ranges, two massive tree climbs, a mountain biking track, a den building zone, a fairy garden, a mess tent and our very own little tuck shop/reception (The Shack) .
Our Nerf battle arena uses natural and man-made structures/trenches for bases and cover.
Our 25m shooting range is where we operate Archery, Air rifle shooting and Axe Throwing.
We have 26m and 18m big tree climbs complete with crate stack.
We have 3 X 100m forest mountain bike trails and a pump track.
We have a 24ft X 12ft covered eating/picnic/mess tent where people can escape the elements and enjoy their food and drinks.
Parking: You are welcome to drive up our track and park in our small carpark. Please note the track can be rather bumpy and muddy if it has been raining. Alternatively, you are welcome to park along Post Green Road if you tuck right in. Please avoid parking in our neighbour’s parking spots at the start of the track or blocking their access.
How to find us: You can use the postcode BH16 6AP which is the postcode for Post Green Rd, Lytchett Minster, Poole. Please note, the postcode is for the whole of Post Green Road and will not bring you directly to our woods. Follow the road past a couple of farms and you’ll reach the turning into Lytchett Minster School. Our woods are situated down the track directly opposite the school entrance. Keep an eye out for our Adventure Pirate signs. If you Search Adventure Pirate in Maps and ask for directions it will bring you directly to our site.
