Valid Thursdays 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Inside a cryotherapy chamber, liquid nitrogen is used to create temperatures that reach as low as -130ºC. The extreme cold helps to produce therapeutic benefits such as reduced inflammation, pain relief, and increased mobility. Clients are not in direct contact with liquid nitrogen.
