The merchant warrants that it has full ownership and/or licensing rights to any images provided and that it authorizes Groupon to use the images subject to the terms of the Groupon Merchant Agreement.
The Merchant may require Groupon to desist from selling Vouchers by providing 30 days’ notice in writing (including email), but such notice may not take effect unless served after the first three months from the first day of feature. The Merchant may increase the monthly cap (subject to Groupon’s agreement) but may not decrease the monthly Cap by more than 50% of the initial monthly agreed cap.
