About This Deal
Families, and their furry friends, can strike a pose with a photoshoot lasting up to 45 minutes at AKM Photography. Images will be available for viewing seven days after the shoot and souvenirs of the day can be treasured in the form of ten 7" x 5" prints of the same image. These will be ready for collection 10-14 working days after the viewing, along with a digital file of the image saved on a CD.
Groupon asks Anthony Milner, owner of AKM Photography, how often he uses Photoshop on images and which girl group member he would like to photograph.
G: What defines a good photograph?
"I'm a old school photographer, so for me a good image is one that has been taken without the use of Photoshop. My work is only slightly edited in Photoshop, my main editing is using the
camera."
G: Do you have any specialties?
"I like to think I specialise in several genres. I have been very lucky to have had fashion and architectural photography in leading magazines. But to be honest I love being challenged and creating great images in different genres. I'm always learning and if at any point I stop, then it's time to retire."
G: What experience do you have?
"I have worked all over the UK and the world, working for leading clients, from photographing fashion in London to stunning interiors in Abu Dhabi."
G: If you could photograph any famous person who would it be?
"Frankie from the Saturdays, I think she has stunning eyes."
