Valid Mon-Thu 10am-2pm or 2pm-7pm. Not valid 23 Dec 2016 - 3 Jan 2017. Must be 16 or older. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Robes and slippers hire incurs a surcharge of £7, must be returned at the end of the day. It is advisable to bring swimwear, suitable clothing and footwear. Guests planning to use the gym must complete a health questionnaire. Drink included is either a filtered coffee, tea or a cordial.
