- compact Allium that can be grown in patio containers and garden borders
- Produces pompom pink-purple flowers that are loved by bees
- Each bloom is formed of tiny star shaped flowers which are densely clustered together to form a ball
- Forms neat clumps of narrow green leaves that first emerge in March and die back in October
- lowering reliably from July until September, giving months of colour in the garden
- Drought resistant plant that provides architectural interest
- Hardy perennial that prefers a south or west-facing location where it can bask in the full sunshine
- Supplied as super-sized plug plants, ideal for planting now
- Overtime this variety will naturalise and spread if planted in garden borders
- At maturity expect a height and spread of up to 30cm
