Taking its place in Indian snack royalty alongside samosas and bhajis, the pakora is a deep-fried fritter that comes with a variety of fillings. The 2.5-hour masterclass will lead students in the notoriously-difficult ways of cooking a pakora. At the end of it, participants will have vegetable, chicken, fish and haggis pakora to take home, as well as pakora sauce and mint chutney.
