Immerse yourself in a captivating, private and healing sound bath with crystal singing bowls. And then, emerge from your warm cocoon to the soothing aroma of freshly brewed tea, coffee and the sweet delight of homemade cake. Then why not stretch your legs and explore our beautiful garden with its babbling burn, mill pond, bridges, flowers and mountain views?!

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience where people listen to resonant sounds. It often involves singing bowls, which create an echoing sound that 'bathes' people. Some people refer to sound bathing as a healing practice.

Including Tea and Cake

• Offer includes a private sound bath experience followed by tea, or coffee and homemade cake. Time for Tea guests are free to explore the gardens of the retreat centre at no extra charge.
• Cakes can include:
  • German Fruit Crumble Cake,
  • Orange Chocolate Cake (GF),
  • German Cheesecake or,
  • Zucchini Chocolate Cake.
• Cake choice is dependent on the time of month of bookings.
