Smoked salmon parcels filled with prawns, bound with marie rose sauce, lemon, served with marinated cucumber, or an antipasti selection of meats, olives and sundried tomatoes are some of the options for the starter course. This is followed by a main course such as rump of lamb with red cabbage, bubble and squeak and mint-infused red wine jus, or mushroom and asparagus spears on tagliatelle in a creamy sauce with parmesan shavings (usually £25 per person).
