The Deal
After a consultation, one of the salon’s stylists will enliven the client’s look with either a half head of highlights (usually up to £105 for technical director; subject to availability) or a full head of colour (up to £75). Customers can then select an Aveda hair spa deep conditioning treatment, with a choice of Dry Remedy to hydrate dry hair or Damage Remedy to help repair damaged hair (usually £30). Finally, locks will be cut into shape and the look completed with a blow-dry finish (up to £80 for art director; subject to availability). Clients can also enjoy an Aveda hand massage during their blow-dry to leave them feeling truly pampered.
The Merchant
Attired in minimalist shades of white and elegant lines offset by ornate mirrors, Beauty & Melody’s interior plays host to hairstyling services and is often frequented by TV personalities. Beauty treatments are also on offer, including Soprano Ice Laser Hair Removal and Luxury Russian Hair Extensions. Situated scarcely two minutes’ walk from Marble Arch Tube station, the salon is open on Saturdays and Sundays and stays open until 8pm each weekday.
