• All products are tested to ensure that they meet label claims using independent, UKAS accredited laboratories
• Strength: minimum two bilion live microorganisms per capsule (2 x 190 CFU/ capsule), equivalent to 10 bilion live microorganisms per gram (1 x 101 CFU/ gram)

Directions

• General use: one or two capsules once or twice daily with food
• If taking two or more capsules daily, spilt the does between two meals
• If taking antibiotics take four capsules daily, ideally at a different time of the day from antibiotics
• Continue taking for at least two weeks after completion of the antibiotic course
• For travellers: two weeks before travel follow guidelines for general use
• During travel take four capsules daily
• Continue to take for at least two weeks following the end of travel
• Children under 12- half adult dose
